Government efficiency: easier access to administration

The campaign is working on reporting on the results and successes of the timely introduction of electronic access to administration, as well as the provision of services “at the counter”. We are carrying out analyses as well as studies in relation to the effective implementation of European standards and requirements in terms of administrative services to citizens in the country.

We encourage the continued implementation of the already established mechanisms and complement the palette of services to facilitate citizens. We believe that, together with the public authorities and those of the municipal administrations, we can facilitate citizens’ access to administration by improving and introducing innovative practices.
